the best way to spread christmas cheer is singing loud for all to hear

Did you guys know the Christmas tree is a symbol of Jesus?!! Whaaaaat?

When people are hanged on a tree, it's a symbol of shame.

Jesus died on the cross (made from a tree) and bore all of our sins in SHAME.. FOR US...

Usually, christmas trees are evergreen trees which represents the eternal life God has in store & before electricity, people would hang candles in the tree instead of Christmas lights. (i know, quite hazardous). The lights represent the light that Jesus is in this ugly dark world of sin.

I had no idea.....

This got me thinking... how come I didn't know that the Christmas tree represented Jesus. When I thought of a Christmas tree, the 1st thing that would pop into my head was the presents under it, the pretty decorations, and the warm fuzzy feeling you get staring at it. This is because........we taint anything that is a symbol of our Lord with our selfish desires. Christmas is no longer a time where we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ. It has become a time of greed and WANT WANT WANT.

PROOOOOOOOOOCRASTINATION & elephants

hello. my name is becky QUEEN of procrastination.

Every time I have a big assignment due, I find my apartment dirty with dishes and have urges to put up christmas trees. So, i washed the dishes and put up my christmas tree.

we forgot to bring the ornaments and the size is quite small. but it'll have to do.

oh.. and that's sharon. she's sick and delirious...hehe she's cute

let me introduce my other roommate, Sabrina. shes cute as well

random thoughts

Life is precious. Cherish it.

It's so funny how our minds work. How easily we are absorbed by stupid things and how easily we get over them. But in the midst of it, you feel like it will never end and you want to die. Time is all you need, and of course, Jesus :) Heal whatever you need to be healed and nip it at the bud or it will come back and slap you in the face. Bring it to Jesus.

Why are we so evil? How does God put up with us? ..........SO amazing.

I used to think that staring at celebrities was not big deal. It was just fun. IT'S LUST.
We don't realize the everyday things we do is SIN because its become such an everyday thing.

It's when you learn to strip yourself of all the baggage where you truly feel God's presence.

But, HOW do you strip yourself??

I realized how all this baggage has been molding me into the person I am.

I don't know who I am without it.
